What is Sand Cloud?

It’s a whole movement, not just a product. Sure, it’s still a company, but when companies give back, THOSE are the ones I want to support. Their mission? To #SaveTheFishies …by partnering with non-profits working to combat the daily 8 MILLION pieces of plastic waste that enters our oceans and waters. 10% of Sand Cloud’s profits go to supporting some amazing non-profits.

Reinventing the Beach Towel

That was what they did. Well, in the way that we traditionally know it. You know, the loops and sand-holding, heavy towels? Turkish towels are an AMAZING alternative, do not hold sand, dry quickly, can be used as a travel blanket, a picnic blanket, a sarong, a cape…whatever you want!

There are lots of options for Turkish towels out there, but Sand Cloud is one of my favorites, not just for the quality and fun prints (the cutest out there in my opinion) but for the mission they support.

My first Sand Cloud lasted me YEARS, and the ONLY reason I replaced it was because I left it on a beach chair in Mexico and when I went back it was gone :/.

SO now I’m sporting a sunny Mickey print (I LOVE me some Disney) and convincing myself everyday I don’t need a whole supply of different towels to go with different swim suits.
